Does Karaf support JBI

Karaf was previously known as ServiceMix 4 Kernel which was part of the Apache ServiceMix project which is partially a JBI implementation. Because of this there was some confusion about whether ServiceMix 4 Kernel itself provided JBI support. JBI support is provided on top of Karaf by the ServiceMix 4 NMR project, which can be easily deployed on top of the Karaf.
